Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it and request a refund. Below are the terms for returns of any product purchased on our site:
Step 1: Authorization
A return authorization must be requested and approved within 60 days of your purchase date.
Step 2: Return Shipping
Return the item and email us back with the tracking number. You will have to pay for shipping. You must return the product within 14 days of receipt.
Step 3: Condition
To be eligible for a refund, returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All products must be returned with all accessories originally included.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
- Gift cards and Downloadable software products.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 60 days after purchase.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
